I often take 8 or 9 hours to sleep, but I still could not to get rid of my drowsiness. Do you have enough time to sleep?

I never get enough. I get between 4-6 hours. I have trouble fallibg asleep, I am always thirsty at night so I drink water, then I get up all night to pee. So the 4-6 hours is broken up. You may still be drowsy because you are getting too much. Try for 6-7 hours and see that helps. Sometimes, depending on age, activity, lifestyle, we don't need a full 8 hours. I know it sounds funny, but it is true, you can be tired from too much sleep. Good Luck!

I could sleep as long as I like fi I want to but I have choosen not to. I just love to get up early no matter how late I go to sleep. I went to bed at 1:38 last night and got out of bed at 6:48 this morning. That is 5 hours of sleep, which isn't bad but since it is less sleep than I usually take (I usually take 6-8 hours) I am tired these days. I've been going to sleep late (cause I stay up watching the late night movies on the TV) and waking up early (because I got work) and it has been taking it's toll on me a little. I have to break this habit. I only started it 2 weeks ago or so.
