Is there a linux firewall that offer proxy and content filtering bundled already?

Linux has a firewall included in most if not all distributions. It is called iptables and you can set whatever values that you need to protect your computer or network from the rest of the world. Proxy is a different thing altogether. You could do proxying using apache or squid. These are also fairly common components of a Linux distribution.
