black listed in adsense??

hellow everyone, i was in working in google adsense before 3 months and then they have banned me because they have found out that i was clicking my own ads, i know its not fair to click my own ads, and i tried to register many times, but they are not allowing me to register again in their program, does that means they have blacklisted my ip address? is there any way that i can register again? i really need help, thanks in advance!

This is so sad , you should had been more careful yea .. well not sure they will let you in again with the same ip address or not .
