All religions tell god is all powerful and God vreated everything. Nothing can happen without the will of God. Did God create evil? If yes, Why did he create it? If no, Who created Evil? Why did God allow the creation of evil? Is there any other power which created evil and is god afraid of that power? Why is god not ending the evil even though god is all powerful? Many people claim that there is answers of everything in their religion. Please give answers to these questions.

God didn't create evil because evil isn't a creation. He didn't create 'good' either for that matter. Good and evil aren't things, they are concepts. Good is a word meaning "to act according to God's will". Evil is a word meaning "to act against God's will". Lucifer was good until he acted against God. In other words, he didn't become evil until his actions went against God. Of course, not everything we do is "for" or "against" God. I doubt God cares if what time we choose to go to bed or what color we paint our house. Which means most the decisions we make every day are niether "good" nor "evil".

Can you please tell me Who created Satan... Why did god allow Satan to Create Evil? God is all powerful and god could have stopped satan from creating evil. Or God could have ended the evil by power.

Very good questions... I believe that Stan created himself. He got mad because God kicked him out of Heaven. From this he turned very ugly... He wanted to be like God, but he could not.. Why God allowed him to stay, I don't know.. I guess he wanted to use Satan to test out the world..

How can satan create himself? Where it is mentioned that satan created himself? And why you are telling Himself? It may be Herself also? How Did God originate? Did he create himself? If satan created himself means satan has also the power which is next to god's power?

I am a Catholic No, God did not create evil. Evil does is not a creation. It has no esse. While it is true that evil happens, it does not exist. Rather, evil is the privation of Good. God is All Good and wickedness can not come out of goodness. I think it is easier to understand in analogy. You have light and shadow. The shadow does not exist but rather happens due to absence of light. Well I am absolutely certain that the Angelic Doctor, Saint Thomas Aquinas has stated it much better - likely it can be looked up online in his Summa Theologica.

Darkness and Shadow are different. Darkness is absense of light. Shadow is created when there is an opaque object in the path of light. Most of the universe is dark with small and numerous sources of light (Stars and Galaxies). If you compare evil to shadow means what is the opaque object? If you compare evil to darkness means most of the universe is dark. How will u explain these?

Yes, nothing can happen without the will of God. I think He create evil. He is the only entity who have the creating power. Why? Everything in the universe is just a game. God is playing a game. In the first time, God is alone, and He felt lonely. So he creating the universe and everything else include us.

Actually everything need to be balanced. Therefore there are positive energy and also negative energy in the world. This is the law of balance.

I have never heard of the law of ballance, if this is true the universe has broken this law big time.

God created Love and evil its side effect.. Evil serves as the limited purpose of creating real love relationships between the Creator and creation. How could God allow love without evil? He could have created a robots... anyways this is just for a period of time it will just pass away (I John 2:17)... :)

I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses. A lot of the people responding so far have made good points, and have had partial accuracy, but here's what the Bible says about this question. When he was created, Satan was a perfect angel, literally, and as someone pointed out, he was given a position of authority in the Garden of Eden. (Ezekiel 28:13,14) But he proved to be power-hungry and wanted Adam and Eve to follow HIM rather than their creator. He did not resist this urge (James 1:13-15) but acted on it, tricking Eve and then Adam into disobeying Jehovah's one command. As a result, Adam and Eve took themselves out from under Jehovah God's rulership, having chosen Satan as their god. And all their offspring likewise came under Satan's dominion. (The Bible identifies Satan as the ruler of the world -- for now, anyway! 1 John, 5:19) Were it not for Jesus, we would be without hope. So Satan did indeed "make himself" Satan. Just as a thief is not born a thief, but makes himself one by stealing. God does not create evil. As others have rightly said, He is the very essence of goodness. Deuteronomy 32:4 puts it this way: "The Rock, perfect is his activity; For all his ways are justice. A God of faithfulness, with whom there is no injustice. Righteous and upright is he." So you ask an excellent question when you say "Why doesn't God end evil, since he is all-powerful?" It's a question that has vexed thinkers for centuries, but the answer is to be found within the pages of the Bible. To sum up though ... when Satan prompted Adam and Eve to sin, he told lies about God. He said "you positively will NOT die" and also implied that God was holding back something good from Adam and Eve with his one command (not to eat the forbidden fruit). Those reproaches were observed by millions of angels, and although Jehovah could have just wiped out the three rebels, that would have left those questions hanging in the air so to speak, unanswered. So he stepped in with the very first prophecy recorded in the Bible at Genesis 3:15, foretelling the arrival of a "seed" which would "bruise Satan in the head" i.e. vanquish him. This sacred secret played out over many centuries, during which Jehovah God permitted man to "do his own thing". The results speak for themselves. Proverbs 2:21,22 tell what the end result will be. When we pray the Lord's prayer, we ask God to cause his will to be done on earth, as it is in heaven. And Jesus' words "the meek will inherit the earth" are very well known. Time will come when God's kingdom government, with Jesus as King, will rule over a united earth. Did you realise that the Kingdom we pray for in the Lord's Prayer ("thy kingdom come") was foretold centuries earlier by the prophet Daniel? (see Daniel 2:44!) To sum up, the time for God's permission of wickedness is fast running out. That is why we (Jehovah's Witnesses) go door-to-door. We seek to encourage folks to read their Bibles, not to just accept what their various churches tell them, but to see the actual Truth of God's Word. The official site of Jehovah's Witness is www.watchtower.org and on that site you can search for different topics to see what the Bible says about them. And the information is available in 314 different languages! (The number is constantly rising as our translation work is always expanding.) I did a search on "Satan" and found a good article but my MyLot status will not permit me to paste the URL. If anyone wishes to PM me on this subject, feel free:-)

Yes,no doubt after all, God Fear Of Nothing...God has created evil and nothing can happen without the will of God... Thus, God may destroy all "evils and evil doers" if God wishes but there is few reason why God still left evil in this world , and one of them is to know whose among us are really God belivers and whose are the Evil followers.... Whose obey God and whose not ? http://cbproads.com/searchsf.asp?id=20879&sc=fear+god So,how about us ? Which one do we follows ?

According to my personal interpretations of the Word of God, good and evil derive from the fact that we have free will. We can choose right and wrong, when we choose to do the right thing, good manifests, when we do the wrong thing, evil manifests. God is of course all-powerful and thus could have prevented us from creating evil but to do this He would have had to take away our free will and turn us all into slaves which God does not do because He loves us and wants us to make our own choices. I know this is a weird analogy but I cannot think of any other way to explain it: Most people who have dogs don't force them into a sitting position every time they want them to sit. They train the dogs and then when they say sit, the dog chooses to sit, or not in some cases. It is similar with God. God trains us by rewarding us when we are "good" and punishing us when we are "bad" and hopefully we learn to follow the Teachings He sends through His Manifestations (Zoroaster, Buddha, Jesus, Baha'u'llah, etc.). If we followed the Teachings of the Manifestations then there would be no evil. Unfortunately, we are disobedient.

No, I don't think God created Evil. I believe "Evil" is just an abstract construction by human beings. It's just an idea, opposite to the idea of God. There has to be opposite to something, and it's human nature. In my view, the existence of "evil" will make us the "good people" separate from others. If there's no "evil", even if you're "good", no one will say you good. It's just like the concept of cold vs hot, clever vs stupid, humble vs arrogant, etc. If there's no "inferior comparison", your superiority will not be evident to others. That's why God allows human to create the concept of "Evil". For those humans with lack of responsibility, "evil" can also be made their scapegoat for their "evil" doing, because of "evil" influence, etc.

I am amazed by how far out of context religion has become. The teachings today are so out of touch with the way the scriptures are writen. We live in a dulistic universe of comparisons. Hot - Cold, and any other comparisons you want to make. So did God create evil? Depends on your definiton of 'create'. You would have to go much further back in time, before the creation of the universe. In the time before creation all there was was God. When God created a phisical univeres of duality, then the mere presence of Holy had to begat that which is Un-Holy, good-evil right-wrong. Now was this intentional? I do not know the mind of God in this respect. God did not create an evil person, nor did he create robots. Meaning this. Satan (hebrew: advasary) was not an evil creation of God. Satan is mentioned first along with the sons of God and is refernced in the councle of God. This councle of God along with the Sons of god was a court, an advasarial court system as we have now in much of the world, with a prosicuter and a defence councle. Satan (the advasary) was a court Prosicuter, His job was to bring accusations against man or even against the sons of God. Satan is beleived to be one who rebeled against God, and connected with the serpent in the Garden of Eden. As well as in Isiah's 'lucifer', The word or name here in Hebrew is Helel Ben-Shacar, or "son of the dawn", In the garden he is called nachash, wich can mean serpent, but can also mean 'a shinning one' as in a 'morning star' or one of the 'sons of God'. So Satan was not created evil, but became evil when he rejected the will and plan of God. It was God giveing dominion over the earth to man that upset Helel Ben-Shacar, because the Earth was the dominion of the Bene Elohim, (sons of God), and Eden was where God held the devine councle. So This is why Eve was in the garden, and why she was not suprised when a serpent talked to her, for she was in the Garden of God and a 'shinning one' approched her. He tried to lead man into open rebellion against God in hopes of regaining the dominion of the earth back, but it did not happen as god did punish man, by driving him out of the garden of god and away from the councle of God. Som years later another rebelion happened with Sons of God trying to re-establish their dominion on the Earth. This was in the days of Noah, when the Sons of God came down and had offspring with the daughters of men producing the Nephalim. The sons of God produced hybrid children to surplant man as the dominate of Earth. with the sons of God and their offspring becomming gods of the people, and man willfully handing over the planet to thes 'gods' and thus giving the earth as an inharitence to them. So the ultimate evil, Jesus said about the end days, that it would be as in the days of noah. And as I recounted the story. the sons of God came down and had children with mankind produceing a hybrid. We are told that in the last days a person will come and decieve many anto worshipping him. He is called son of perdition, man of sin, the great beast, and other names. Whos son is he? It is said that Satan (Helel- the shinning one) gives him his seat and power. So is this the son of Helel? Is the great beast of revalations a Nephilim? Will the sons of God, or at least one of them again try to retake the Earth back from man? could be.....

here is a question for you all Why is there darknes? because there is no light? so darknes is just the absense of light. Evil was not created by god. god created good and evil is the absense of good.
