Sleeping with the Airconditioner on...

When I was a little kid, I can't sleep if the temperature around me wasn't cool. I didn't really mind if it's fan or AC, I just want to feel cool when I was sleeping But because I thought that kind of behavior is not simple at all, I had stopped from that addiction long time ago. Now I should be able to sleep in any kind of temperatures..

It depends on the temperature as to what is best. If it's mild then a fan will due. But if it's very humid there's no chance of decent sleep otherwise. And we all know how important a good night sleep is for us to function.

hi shiloh! i like to have the room cool when i sleep. i turn on the a/c for at least an hour and then the timer automatically turns it off, leaving the fan. that is to save electricity. but when i wake up at dawn and it is very hot, i turn it on again. i can't sleep when it is too hot either. i feel like my body is burning. hehe good day friend!

I think I am opposite of you. I like to be cool but if I am cold which is what happens when my ac is cut all the way up I cant sleep becouse I am to cold. Now that I think about it I sleep better in the winter that in the summer. I love to feel that warm heat coming out of all the vents in my house as I walk by them.

I can't stand to have the air conditionor on when I am sleeping even if it is 100 degrees outside the air conditionor has always bothered me and to have a fan blowing on me would be the same as making me sleep on a bed of nails that I really can't stand.

i cant sleep with the A/C. i use fan but not put the fan towards me. i let it face the wall.

In Ireland,with our mild weather, we don't have much need for A/C! You're right on sleeping easier in the cool...Your body apparently does need a drop in temperature at bedtime to "Switch off" for sleep..one reason why a warm bath before bedtime,or cool bedsheets helps....or A/C!

Hi There, I am exactly the same. I cannot sleep without the fan on or the air conditioner if it is really warm out. It drives my girlfriend crazy as she is the opposite. I think I like the fan so much as I like the noise it makes as well. When I am away from home I have to bring it with me! cheers, :)

Ohhh God if I will sleep in Airconditioner then with in one hour I will make freeze or ice. I wear the sweater while sleeping in fan then no chance of air conditioner.
