My first skating is in our primary school when I was eight years old. I almost kept skating every winter in my hometown.

The first time I went on a ice rink with ice skates on was when I was 19 years old (I'm now 44). I did have roller skates as a girl. I wasn't very god and stil am not very good.
Our children like to ice skate, and three of them are getting quite god they can go around on there own and can get quite fast. They are 19, 10 and 8. My other 8 year old is not keen to ice skate so he normally sits on the side with me, he does go around four times holding onto daddy for dear life.
We actually haven't been ice skating for a while, half term next week so you have given me an idea of something we can do. Thanking you
