Where do the stars come from next to your name? How or where do I get one?

When you complete 100 posts, you get a star.

i think it is not true i have complete only 250 approx and i got 8 star..

They just asked how you get a star, not a specific number on a star. When you get 100 post, you automatically get a star. If you want to get a higher number star, other people have to rate you better.

if you want to get star, then you have to follow the rule of My lot. keep responding people, make responses more and more. responses are most important. and remember, if you respond someone then your response should be in detail not one line response. you can create a blog also. post photos, you can send message. it will definitely increase your rating and you will get a star.. keep it up.. my dear friend.. all the best...

Not sure. Mine appeared after my 100th post. The number inside is some sort of ranking which is based on how many people thought your posts were good or not good (the plus and minus next to the posts). I think 10 is the best.
