Oh no your making me hungry.
My hubby cooks on the grill-oh yum. He does a really good job.
I like pepper jack cheese, tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce, ketchup or bbq sauce, and light mustard.

I live next door to Harvey's, a Canadian chain of burger restaurants. Harvey's makes their burgers to order, and grills them right there for their customers.
I always order a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, relish, mayo and pickles on it. YUMMY!

Oh that's good that you live close by a Harvey's in Canada. That is a great restaurant I hear. To me, though, I make myself my own homemade burgers. I like them rare. How about you?

I love my hamburgers cooked at home on the grill. I like them on an onion roll. I put Miracle Whip, pickles, onion and lettuce on my hamburger. When I use cheese, I use Pepper Jack cheese.
My husband/boyfriend makes the best grilled burger. He has a secret blend of spices that he uses. The hamburgers are awesome.

You add all of those things into a meatloaf? If it tastes good to you, it's brilliant!
Not to ruin your discussion, but I hope no one minds my saying I'm a vegan and the only hamburgers I eat are veggie burgers. I use ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
As to who cooks it? The best thing about veggie burgers is that they come frozen. I don't cook, so removing a burger from the plastic and putting it in the microwave or oven takes all my effort. Morning Star does all my cooking for me.

For my own favorite hamburgers: I mix the ground beef with eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, onions, oregano, seasonings, and salt and pepper. I will put them into patties onto the baking pan. Then I will cook them rare. That is the best source of red meat. Yeah, that is always like meatloaf.
