Is it possible to have it all???

To have a job you love, and have it also be great paying, individual time with each of your kids, time with your SO, and also time to yourself everyday. Is it possible to have all this? Does anyone have this? If you do can you tell me how to accomplish this? thanks everyone

It is possible to have those things sometimes but not on an everyday basis I do not think. I guess if you were born with a silver spoon and didnt really have to work you could do it. I get some days that I get it all accomplished but most days not so much.
