Anyone else have a computer crash after installing the newest Adobe update?

Both my husband's computer and my stepdad's laptop crashed after installing the newest Adobe update. I was able to do a system restore on my husband's computer, but not on my stepdad's laptop, and it had to go in for service.
I have contacted Adobe, but haven't heard anything back... Anyone else have this problem?

I haven't updated anything from Adobe in a while and thanks to your heads up, I will not be. I hope you hear from them soon.
I had this happen to me a couple of years ago with Microsoft and Internet Explorer. Their answer, I shouldn't have upgraded IE. I guess that's how they cover their butts.
