Just got the news a little while ago.
I am going to finally have a GRANDDAUGHTER! 
My daughter had her ultrasound done this afternoon and it's official. Yeee haaaa! Now I'll be out with my wife finally buying little girls clothes.

I know i want to buy something right now. But i think for now ill have to go to my target registery and just add girl stuff I want for my princess. Wow now i wont be your only princess anymore im gonna cry.

Congratulations!!!! So I take it you only have Grandsons??How many do you have? I have 2 and would love a granddaughter, but my daughter doesn't want anymore, so I have to depend on one of my other children..

Oh oh, Grandpa, you got busted, forgot your grandsons ages...
Thats ok, I shouldn't raze you, so far I am very fortunate, my grandsons are a year older and a year younger than my son.So all I have to remember is how old my son is and just add and subtract a year for my grandsons ages..
but if another grandchild, either from my daughter or from one of my other older kids was to be born, I would probably forget too...

That is so exciting. I have just the opposite. I now have two granddaughters ages 3 and 7 and a grandson on the way. I am just as excited to have my first grandson. Granddaughters are wonderful to have. Pink, Pink, Pink, everything is pink.

Grandpa Bob I am so happy for all concerned! There is nothing like buying little dresses for a baby girl for a Grand Parent. I never had a girl of my own, I have 6 girls but 2 were step children, and 4 are my adopted, but in the end I got all the girls I wanted, 10 Grands and 9 of them are girls, so I have had plenty of chances to buy frilly little things. You and your wife need to go hog wild, LOL. Blessings Marilyn

Thank you. I love being a grandpa. I can have the kids over, spoil them, load them up with a sugar high, then send them back home. HAHAHA!! This girl will have so many clothes I feel as much as we have been thinking of her having a girl. Thanks again.

I have just spoken to your daughter and congratulated her on her little girl, I have been waiting for ages for her to find out!! I have 4 kids, 3 boys and then my little girl I waited a long time for her I can tell you, and what a feeling when I found out.

clothes I stared at the girls clothes telling Minnie

CONGRATS! Grandpa Bob..now you can sign up for more freebies for lil girls. lol Are you going to hit the garage sales for clothes or buy new at the store? Wish I had known about this sooner cause someone dumped a HUGE cardboard box full of newborn girl clothes at the recycle place. They were all very clean and some looked brand new. They are ruined now with the rain we had being they were sitting outside the bin.
