moving soon

my family and i are moving to a new home soon. after 4 years in chateau, we've decided to have it up for sale or rent. last sunday, i posted the "4 rent/sale" sign up our window. our place is a corner unit on the 5th floor of our building so anybody can immediately see the sign. this week, we're cleaning up the new place. it's actually a 2-storey space located in a commercial area near a university. my husband is transforming the first floor into a food joint/hangout for students and we will live on the 2nd floor. we're positive that we'll have good business there. at least, my husband won't have to literally leave the house for work. while i really have to go to the office to work, at least, he's while i'm away. my eldest son (5y/o) is pretty excited coz he knows it's lots bigger than our house now. he has more room for his toys and school stuff. my daughter (2y/o) doesn't have a clue. but i'm sure she'll love it there too, besides being closer to my parents' house. they adore her a lot and would enjoy having her hang around their house every so often. well, wish us luck! :)
