I am sorry but I will have very little time to respond to posts from all my friends in the next two weeks. I have a major writing assignment with a deadline, and I am not sure I would be able to post all that often. I will try to post at least one of my stories per day as I know many of you are enjoying them.
Please understand that I love you all and I will miss you.

That's completely understandable winterose..I'm guessing the assignment is from EW? I haven't heard from them since December for any work, and geez, I could sure use the extra money myself. If it is from EW I know from experience how grueling that can be, and yes there are the deadlines to consider...so good luck with it

Don't be sorry--- Life happens... and if this is a job that will pay you- it should be your top priority! :) Money is good.. especially when I read your other discussions- about being down on your luck. Good luck hitting the deadline- and with the assignment... See you when you have time :)

That is okay. I am so glad that you got those articles to write. It sure came at a good time for you. It pays better money also. I hope you can get them done quickly and get paid fast also because I sure know that you can use it. I will watch for your stories if you get a chance to post them. Take your time and good luck on completing your assignments quickly.

You will be a bit busy then for a while. I have been enjoying your stories but I seemed to have missed a few along the way, I shall be away myself for a week at least as I am going on holiday for a week from Saturday, I shall miss not being here but I am looking forward to my holiday, just hoping that the weather bucks up a bit now!! Thanks Carol for letting everyone know you'll be busy the next two weeks, this way we won't worry about you not being on mylot. Although I understand, I too will miss you when you're away. Thanks for telling us in advance, we are less likely to worry about you then. MyLot is just icing on the cake. It is not life, but it is a place to go to talk about life. Sometimes we have to just get out and live life instead. Good luck on your deadline.

A good story is always worth waiting for and you gota do what you gota do. You've said before you often find it difficult to make ends meet so work when you can and we'll all be here. Good luck with the assignment.
