Best way to meet the digital TV requirement by February 2009

Analog TV signals will not be available in February 2009. If digital tv is too expensive, what is the least expensive option. My landlord will not allow another antennae on my apartment roof. To get lower cable prices, vendors require bundle purchases of internet and DSL.

GET THE converter box, they will only require a settop antenna, the digital channels are supposed to comein better anyways
