accepting visa cards from my website?

hi all, am trying to build a website which sells prepaid card's in ethiopia, the problem am facing right now is, i don't know how to accept visa cards from my website, the visa card is not international so i can't use the help of paypal, all i need from you is to tell me the hardware requirements to start this system, do i need to have atms? or what?? i appreciate any help, thanks!!

I will give you some options.
1. The easiest one is paypal. It is the most popular payment method and it can received a credit card payment.
2. Check 2CO. Their website is 2checkout.com
3. The hardest one. Go to your bank, ask them about merchant account. Ask them if you can use that account for online transaction. They also call it a non physical transaction. I don't know if they allow a non physical transaction. If they don't, then you are out of option.
You should be able to use one of the options listed above, if not, go to your local website that receive a credit card payment, ask them how to do it. Good luck.

I think if you have an account with paypal, you may accept visa. Check their website.
