hi dear
how are u, exercise is definetly best, but other way is that dont skip any meal. just control ur diet and cut ur sweet intake.
other thing early in morning when u wake up, have glass of warm water with one spoon honey and one lemon in it
i hope its worth trying

its hard thing to do, i do agree, i am also fond of eating sweets, icecreams, choclates and i cant resist them myself, i am males and dont mind carrying few pounds extra
Ok go on with controlled intake of sweets, and try warm water with honey and lemon and hope things will be fine for U

Nothing you do like that will ever help you lose weight and be healthy. You need to excersize (preferably swim) and eat a little less. After a month, I guarantee that you will lose weight.
Gym's will only make you weight more because you probably aren't working your entire body, so one area that you do work builds muscle and if musclle is not distributed evenly through the body, then you just gain more weight. Hope this helped :)

I dont know swimming and my schedule does not allow me time to go to a swimming pool. I have started eating less but finally it is the kind of food that we eat also that is important. I am trying to figure out what kind of food I should be eating to slim down a bit. Because I believe that some kinds of food though eaten in small quantities makes one put on weight!!

Drink ice water. It speeds up your metabolism and helps you lose weight even when you're just sitting there. You won't become a super model, but you'll lose weight.

~ if you really wanna eat your lay to do anything that can possibly lose weight?
well, just try to play tennis and or badminton and ride a bike at night. a round in your area will help. =)

One of the best way to loose weight is to diet and exercise. Add lots of fruits and vegetables to your diet. Do cycling, walking, and dancing. Aerobic exercises are good for health and loosing weight. Drink water that is slight of different temperature like cold water or hot water to increase metabolism. Take a sauna bath once in a while.

Exercies is okay. I am trying. But cycling is something I have never learnt. And I dance with two left feet. So would only try dancing when I am alone at home. I have cold water everday but have not tried having hot water. The temperature in our city is too high just now to drink hot water. Thanks for your advice.

Ever thought of an exercise hula hoop? Its wonderful, five mins a day.. it will help you slim down your mid section. Also, if you try to use Fat Free butter on things that will help. And they even make fatfree ice cream and carmel! So you won't be cutting down you're sweets. When you're food shopping look at the fat grams. Reducing things slowly will help alot. You could even go to your local health food store and buy hoodia. Its all natural and will help keep your metabolism up when you start to notice you aren't losing anymore weight and are just maintaining. But thats a last resort.
I lost 60lbs two years ago and have kept it off and didn't step foot in a gym and never starved myself. I hope I helped.
