diary writing

How many of you have the habit of diary writing..? Is it good or bad ..? what you feel...?

Several years back I used to write about each incidents, big or small, in a dairy before I go to bed. But, of late I am not writing those things in a dairy. However, I remember all those things and act according to that. Thanks.
