Sony Ericsson P910i 's outside flip keypad(number keys) is not working

Hi, My Sony Ericsson P910i 's keypad which is on the outer side of the flip (with buttons : OK, back, c, More, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,*,#) is not working. All the other functions including the QWERTY keyboard on the inner side of the flip are working properly. Can you kindly suggest me what should I do now to rectify my problem.
