well i didnt really do it for diet but i did lose weight and didnt change my eating habits.suddenly slim it has alot of products that promote health and being healthy will help you lose weight.it works it removes the poisons and toxins that alot of products we eat can build in your body. thats how it works so good.lots of awesome products and a great way to earn moey if you sign up. i used to do it and made good money by doing it.i started off by trying the product for my mom she is a diabetic and the prduct has been known to help reverse alot of symptoms.go read up on it and try it for yourself.

its all natural products the only company that is nuetricutically proven by the FDA i dont do it anymore to make money but i still use there products. whether you want to lost weight or workout or just be healthier they have products to suit you. you should go check it out it works. imnot trying to get you to sign up under me im just telling people about it because i know it works.and its a great way to earn money

Well I have tried a few different ones, like Atkins, since I would NEVER be able to go without meats. Didnt work. It is hard to diet when you have a family. You have to special prepare foods for yourself, and I dont like doing that. The best way to maintain my weight I have found is faithfully take my vitamins, since they help with energy, eat small things throughout the day and a light dinner. Hey this Gano is helping too BTW. I like to exercise too, when I can. There is no place to go walking, so I go out to my huge yard and play with my dog and the kids. They alone give me a workout lol. Detoxing your body is good too.

you know, those south beach and atkins, I have seen many people do them and most have ended up getting away from them and once they do they gain weight quicker than b4. All have said that.
We have a lot of people around here that don't have good places to walk, and they go to walk the mall. Not too shop mind you, but they actually walk the outer parts of the mall. That's some die hard savers there. Forget the treadmill at the gym, let's just go walk the mall, lol

Yeah that is why I tend to stay away from trends. Ultimately, excercise is the best way to maintain weight. Oh and don't forget to take your vits. Always remember even if you look healthy and good on the outside doesnt mean your organs and/or blood vessels are healthy on the inside. You can be the slimist person in the world yet have a heart attack due to high blood pressure from fatty foods and lack of vits :-)

that is true about the adkins diet and they say it is unhealthy for you. the suddenly slim diet everyone i know that has used it reached there goal in losing weight and feeling great.and the ones that use it still use it.and noone that i know or heard of has put the weight back on after quitting the diet part of the program.i did it for the health and lost 6 pounds in 5 days and didnt change no eating habits or do any workouts or exercises more than i do know.

Yes, I've tied eating just salads, and vegetables, but it never works long.I've been on other diets as well, and I never stick with them either. I'm thinking about going on another diet soon, hopefully I will stick to it...

i'm not trying to diet, i'm forced to diet :(
i got food allergies and it's on and off. i'm still on this eliminating diet to figure out which triggers the skin reaction, sigh. at least i've put back dairy and soy already. i'm still to test poulty (on thanksgiving, the turkey, yum), wheat, seafood and nuts.

Im always tring to eat healthy. But somehow i end up eating too much of the bad stuff. RIght now im on a water diet where i drink lots of water whenever i remember. PLus i dont eat a lot at night as well. I htink it helps a bit. But i cannot survive only on salads and stuff. I have cut of sodas completely but sometimes when the urge to drink one is sooo great I have a glass of diet pepsi or coke. That way i satisfy my want for a cola :D
