I do not sleep walk, but my son does sometimes. He only ever does it when he has to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. At least that is the only time I have noticed it. He will wander around until you direct him to the bathroom.

Never sleep walked before. Head hits the pillow and I am gone. I have not heard or know any family member of mine to sleep walk. Can't imagine what it would be like -sleeping and walking at the same time. LOL

I don't sleep walk but I will carry on a converstaion when I am asleep and I won't remember doing it. I have never seen either of my kids sleepwalk either I think it would be kinda freaky to see someone sleep walking.

I have been known to go outdoors "looking" for something (i have no idea) or around the house trying to find the kids. My husbands says that i will actually talk to him and tell him what i am after and will either go back to bed by myself or he will lead me back without problems if he can convince me everything is alright and the kids are all where they belong ( i have been known to tear apart closets saying they were in there). This usally happens when i am under a great deal of stress so (thank heavens) it is not a nightly ordeal.

sleep walking is in our genes... so this might be a long story for me... back when I was a kid I would wake up in my parent's bed without remembering how i even got there, then my cousin slept over in the middle of the night our maid saw him getting a glass of water but wouldn't respond when she talks to him, we found out that he was sleep walking. (way back..) my greatgrand-dad from our home in the city he was able to go to the province while he was sleep walking, that's why our windows our barred and our doors our locked not to just to keep robbers out but also to keep my GGF in, in his case I think it's a sickness.

I've heard to other people that my neighbor do the sleep while walking. For me I think that is really hard because it might can cause an accident. I have my 2 nieces that do the sleep talking. There are times my 3 year old niece is singing while sleeping. While the other one is fighting with my another niece and I've even heard the name of her enemy hahahah!!!!

I have strongly felt that I did sleep walking once in my whole life.I still feel that I went walking in my sleep to the house door and opened it.But I am not very sure.It might as well have been a dream!!!A dream that seems so real.
