how do you squeeze your toothpaste?

do you squeeze your toothpaste tube in the middle each time you use it, or you squeeze the bottom first going up until it runs out.
i know a lot of people who squeeze their toothpaste tube in the middle and in fact on my previous discussion regarding the common relationship problems, i did mention the incident of squeezing the tube in middle as one of the reason why a good relationship are sometimes getting shaky alongside with the most famous "toilet set issues".
in statistics most of the person who did squeeze it middle-first are men rather than women.
now mylot friends i want to know your sides, how do you squeeze your toothpaste tube?

Well, I squeeze from the middle and then when I am done brushing my teeth I push it back up from the front of the tube.

For me, I would ANYHOW squeeze.
It is only until the end would I squeeze from tail to hear.
Then after it all, I would slice it open.
Good for a few more uses.

I always squeeze from the bottom. I am female. The male I used to live with squeezed the toothpaste from the middle. This did annoy me as I made the effort to squeeze a bit harder from the bottom. However, it's not much of an issue for me as it's only toothpaste.

Honestly, I squeeze our toothpaste tube from the very bottom going up. It more convenient that way.
I didn't know about the other details you mentioned like relationship problems or statistics that women are mostly the ones who squeeze toothpaste tubes like that..

I always make it a habit to squeeze the tube from the bottom, then upwards. I used to do it from the top, but I got more aware in saving more by squeezing it from the bottom. I forgot who told me about it, but I guess it's just how you look at things. With the current situation most of us are into right now (crisis here and there), I think we have to be more frugal and practical in using our daily needs..

I think there is a lot of truth in that statistics... i hate it when my husband squeezes the toothpaste tube in the middle... and would often tell him to do it my way since i think that is the proper way to do it... but he just won't listen... so i just do it for him... or i ignore him to save from agruing...

Hi There,
Well, I have to admit I used to squeeze from the middle. I figured out however (after many years) that this ends up wasting toothpaste. Now in my attempt to be economical with everything I always start at the very end and work up to the cap. I get longer life out of the toothpaste that way.

I squeze it from the top until the tube starts getting low then I will squeeze from the bottom up to help the toothpaste all get to the top of the tube. I don't want to waste any and leave it in there.

I squeeze my toothpaste at the bottom and I dont like it being squeezed in the middle. If anyone at home squeezes it in the middle i get angry.

I always squeeze the toothpaste tube from bottom and upwards.I think it is children that do squeeze in the middle for it looks funny for them and some times they fist the tube in the middle and watch paste coming out and enjoy till an elder finds

As brushing is alrady a chore,I don't like to make it more so by adding another step by following the exact procedure of taking out the paste.I just squeeze the tube from anywhere as long the paste comes out onto the brush.
