In America 60% of adults and 30% of children are fat people. This is because of the amount of processed food that are taken every day. In many cases no consideration
are taken from the nutrition point of view.
In order to keep our self healthy a balanced and healthy diet should be taken. Fruits and vegetables are an important source of healthy diet. Other components of healthy diets are carbohydrates, fish and some good fats.We should always on a look out for List Of Carbohydrates Foods to know the good carbohydrates. Food Pyramid is a good guide for balanced and healthy diet.
Low fat and high fiber diet together with weight loss and exercise is good to prevent heart diseases and strokes.
