This time, another 8 people are gone! A couple of days after I reported that 9 people were killed in a bank robbery in Laguna, Philippines. Now 8 more are reported killed, including four children, and wounded 6 others in a remote village in the town. The occurrence was estimated between late Sunday and early Monday. gee...why all these killings...?

Hello spoiled311, I watched the news. And, this is of the reasons why I don't like to watch the news daily. I hate all kind of negative news. With all the natural disasters, killings and raping... do you think we still have good news?

maybe because of poverty. killer who are under poverty are hired to assasinate/kill people. poverty is taking the main stage in the philippines though. lots of trouble in this country. i hope to see some improvement soon(optimist)

I live near Laguna and watched those horrible useless killing spree. It was reported that the recent killings were done by a retired policeman and his bodyguards. They have them in custody but so far doesn't have any leads yet if they are the true murderers and as to why they did it. Imagine, spray the houses with bullets and instantly killed those inside! That bank robbery...why do they have to kill those innocent people when all they want is the money? Their main reason is to get the money and they got it. No sense in killing them. Money and greed goes hand in hand and a lot of people succumb to it.
