Many of my friend told me that we can sell the domain name. If we have good name of domain and which has a good demand

yes of course you can sell your domain but before you sell it you have to know the value of your domain..you can get appraisal from the experts where they will fix price for your domain..you can try http://www.zippozap.com/ to get appraisal value for your domain by just entering your domain name and the advantage i found with them is that you can get appraisal for maiximum 10 domains at a time..
