Found a place, but we can't get a mortgage

OMG - I found the perfect place for us to set up, yes it needs a little work, but its doable, and would be great, but - Where would I get 300K euros? Nobody is going to give us a mortgage to set up and buy it, especially when we want an interest only mortgage for a couple of years. Not with our credit due to his old company. It has all the sheds we would need starting plus a little house on it, which is perfect. Hoping I can work out a lease with the owner. Keep your fingers crossed, because we really need some luck.

I very much hope that you will be lucky in your quest.The mortgage situation is dire here in the united kingdom,and there are very many fewer mrtgages been gven for the past month.But even if the mortgages were granted the repayments maybe would be nigh on impossible for most young couples,the housing market has gone through the roof here,and I no feel its time that it all went back to a state of reality.
