Contact Lens or Reading glasses?

Do you use either of these two? What do you like, contact lenses or reading glasses? I prefer to use reading glasses with punky frame to suit my personality. I have problems with my eyes, i got this 'astigmatism'. I have blurred vision and i can't really focus far objects. I use my glasses whenever i go to my class. I don't like to use it everytime because my eyes would depend on my glasses and i look like a nerd. I don't use contact lenses because it's not good when it becomes wet. It's a big thing putting that contact lenses on and out on your eyes everyday.

I wear reading glasses. I have never tried contact lens, I would probally lose them, and have a very hard time getting them in my eyes. I am told I look really nice with glasses. They do not bother me that much, so I just stick to the glasses.

Hi imtrisha. I use contact lens for many years now (about 30) because I have myopia and I feel well with it. But now I get astigmatism too and need a glasses only for reading lol. I'm thinking about get toric lens. cheers

I have had contacts since I was in the fifth grade! I'm now 27 and have never had any problems. It is sort of second nature now to wake up and pop them in my eyes. I do wear glasses at night before bed to give my eyes a rest. I know contacts aren't for everyone, but they certainly work great for me!
