i prefer nokia because it is more user friendly.the navigation button is easy to use and the menu can be access conveniently.besides nokia has a very good quality phones.their phones does not spoil easily even if it is fallen down on the floor.the parts of nokia phones can be get easily in any local phone shop. this means if your nokia phone need to be repair you just need to bring it to the phone shop instead of sending it straight to the factory.nokia has a very stylish phone design and slim.its camera,music and video player is very good too.

actually for build quality i prefer nokia but for customer care support i will go for sony erricssion because i have pretty rough experience with nokia customer care support.
