Your in a relationship, have you ever thought abour your ex?

I believe that unless you suffer from memory loss, there will be times when certain events or certain objects or phrases trigger your memory and you'll be reminded of the past. That's just how it is. I don't think its wrong.. Unless the reason why you think about your ex is to compare him/her with your current partner. That's just unfair, because no 2 people are exactly alike. There's a reason why a person turns into an "ex" - because of irreconcilable differences.

Well I guess it cannot be avoided that every now and then some flashbacks do occur in our lifetime. Perhaps there is a message that it has to be deciphered upon. I guess that is pretty normal to have it once in a while just not too often would be fine. For me if that occurs frequently there is something that troubles your heart that you need to answer or resolved. It maybe a question to move on or maybe a closure or just a confirmation about something. But I guess having a short flashbacks are pretty normal and should not be an issue at all.
