Paypal request for additional information on case

my paypal account access is limitation and cannot be lifted at this time. paypal need a information about my account. i'm ebay selling merchandise and paypal need me to explain my business model in detail. including the originating web address for the sale or any
documentation that would describe the merchandise exchanged. can anybody help me? i don't know how to do

It is quite possible that you have been flagged up as a potential high risk seller, possibly selling electrical goods like computers or music media. I suggest you contact PayPal and explain to them exactly what it is that you sell, give them the details of your business and be prepared to spend some time on the telephone to them.

I would first respond by telling them the same thing you just described. I would tell them you are selling merchandise on Ebay and give them your seller ID(you name on Ebay), so they can see what you are selling.
I would ask them what other information they need, and then provide it accordingly. Make sure however that you actually call Paypal and speak to someone about your account to make sure it is not a scam to get your information.
