What do you think about the following PTC site?

I was regular PTR affliate of www.ptrforce.com, which in their claims mentioned that the minimum payout for free members would be $400,000.00. I have reached that minimum amount and when I clicked on the payout button, it gives me the options where I can only redeem my earnings to discounted advertisements. Though they have mentioned cash payout through e-gold , paypal and other payment processers, the button to cash out is not available. One month back I have sent a request regarding this to the webmaster of ptrforce, so far there is reply from them and the cash out option even now only gives me redeemption to ad facility not the money out. I think this is a SCAM PTR site. Please share your opinion and experiences. plese suggest what best can be done in this case. Regards
