well i do, but not that much. I believe its only a paper that people use to trade each other. First it was all using pure trade, which mean you trade a things with other things, Then people noticed that it seem unfair, for example if you trade cow with a chicken. I believe that now you will say " that is unfair". Then from that thinking, we start to change it slowly until now what we got is a paper and coin. Of course we need it, since now almost everything is not free, even in here we need to pay around $0.1 for toilet. Can you believe it..

People can become powerful with money, but the question I ask is why do we want power over others? I don't have a lot of money at all, but I live a full and satisfying life. As long as I have enough money to pay my bills and feed myself, my wants and needs are few, because I enjoy the things that are around me - the things which money can't buy, like love, nature, sunshine, music, peace of mind, thoughts, aspirations, sleep, hopes, dreams - just the very basic things of being alive. The less you have to lose (and if you have a lot of money then you have a lot to lose), the less you worry about losing it.
I don't think money necessarily makes people happy in itself - in fact I think it can create more misery in that you are, albeit in material luxury, constantly living in fear - plus are losing the basic essence of what makes life so good, e.g. turning your attentions and preferences away from the "real" towards objects of acquisitiveness, which at the end of the day don't satisfy. If they did satisfy, those who have them wouldn't keep striving for more, more, more.
True happiness comes from within, and an ability to appreciate what we have, rather than be miserable constantly yearning for what we don't have.

wow I totally disagree...first off money DOES NOT buy you love....adn there are plenty of things a person can have (love, happiness, peace etc) and do (socialize, make friends, go places etc) without money its just a matter of wanting those things and being creative about it

I definitely believe in the power of money. Without money you cannot live in a proper way-u cannot afford to pay your bills or put food on the table and clothes on your back. Without money you have to survive on other people's generosity and that is sometimes very hard to come by.

I believe in the power of money.. Though they are not the most important thing in life, but we cant do without money.. Though with money, we can live comfortably, can ejouy life, but money cant buy true love as well as real friendship ties.. Money cant buy u somebody who will support and care for u during your rough times and bad times.. So, though money is a power, but it's not an absolute power..
