Last friday night I went out to walmart to buy a bouquet of flowers for my sister to arrange in a vase I had bought earlier for her....and while I was looking at the flowers I found some on clearance for two bucks! I nice little bouquet of yellow daisies so I bought them for myself. today they are just a pretty as they were last friday. So they sit in my dining room like a little ray of sunshine just smiling at me with their pretty little petals! LOL....do you ever treat yourself to something little and it gives you such joy? When is the last time you did it?

I can usually be happy with a bag of Reeses Mini Peanutbutter Cups. I love chocolate but don't let myself get into the trap of eating it daily. Once I have a bag here, I am determined to eat as many as I can in a day's time. It's my special treat once in awhile. I do the same thing with Pepsi. Won't allow myself to have it all the time.
I bought a hanging plant and put it in front of our house on one of those big hooks. It's so pretty but I'm concerned the weather is going to kill it. Cold at night and warm during the day. I love flowers also but have a purple thumb when it comes to taking care of them. I have no luck!

I do like it when I am out shopping and I see something reduced to clear, at a price I can afford, especially if it is something I would not normally buy or would not pay a lot of money for. I can understand why you bought the flowers on impulse and it's good that they still look pretty. I hope they will go on making you feel happy for a bit longer.

of course i did. I think each of us needs some little surprises and small accidents to color our daliy life . and we should do it for ourselves every period . For me ,I think the best way to experience such joy is just go out for a hiking and sit down on a hillside and watch the sunset .I can feel my total involvement reliese then and enjoy every moment .I can feel my smallest cell is singing a song .and I did it on my friday 2 weeks ago ...

that must have been really beautiful flowers jill!
i treated myself for something so small just yesterday but it wasn't like flowers or anything like that. i just bought two second hand books that got me really excited and i couldn't help but started reading it while walking inside the mall. ^__^;; i got excited not only because i've been wanting to read those books but also because the price is sooooo cheap! the price is almost one fourth of the original price if its new. and the books aren't that worn out yet. they were still in good condition. it was really a good buy.

Yeah.. Sometimes the smallest things gives pleasure..I have remembered buying chocolates and those little things give me all the pleasure... They bring happiness and joy, even when I'm feeling sad. And I always have a bar of chocolate when I have a match to play and it always makes me feel relaxed and cool..

Now that spring is here there are alot of yard sales/garage sales. I always seem to find a little something that makes me happy. It's so much fun to find these little treasures.
