Royal Carbbean bans a couple for life

Looks like it was more than just complaining a little too much, lol. The couple found a way to get cheap future trips and perks from Royal Caribbean by nitpicking at anything and everything that was and may be wrong, no matter how small. All with proper documentation as is needed when filing trip complaints. They also posted about their success to online forums probably enticing others to follow a similar route. Nice little scam that was taken too far. I don't blame Royal Caribbean for taking this step. They tried to make up for the so diligently recorded 'incoveniences' the couple endured, but the nitpicking probably just got worse. I loved how they essentially said, since they can't please them and will never be able to meet the couple's expectations, they rather not have them at all on their ships. Royal Caribbean is a business. They have the right to refuse to sell them a trip on their ships.

That was a smart statement on th part of the cruise company and I think they did the right thing by banning the couple from the Cruise lines. If people find something wrong with the service provided by a company, they would be better off complaining to the company rather than going around complaining about it to everyone who doesn't care.. Nobody is perfect and sometimes bad things happen now and then and one should forget about it or at the least complain about it to the company and make sure that it doesn't repeat again later. But what they did was completely foolish and the decision by the company to ban them from life is completely acceptable.. I think they should ban their children from the cruise as well... bourne

We like be Royal Caribbean! Not that everything is always perfect, but it is pretty awesome! They should be banned...
