Why do so many people in here think they can make money on line.

Well of course I am not going to pay bills and rent with what I earn from here. I'm a student and I don't work anymore and even when I was working I was doing this for some extra cash. I am only doing this for extra cash which I can use to buy my books. I'm not looking to make a million dollars or something and be able to buy a house or something. Most of us here are just looking for that extra little cash that will help us out at least a little bit.

You mean I can't make $172,000 a year by doing nothing?! Crap, there goes my plan to do nothing. Seriously, I just heard about this site randomly, and thought well I am doing this on answers.yahoo so why not switch and get a bit extra back. By the end of the month it looks like I'll have a couple free gallons of gas. That can get me to work and back, for me that makes it totally worth the switch from answers.yahoo.

I make more money on line than I made at my part-time job. The great part about making money on line is that I don't have to spend money on gas to get to work. It's unfortunate that there are so many scams that give the internet a bad rap, but if you think that the only way to make money is to go out to a job, you're mistaken. If you take the time to research, learn your craft and be consistent at what you do, you can earn quite a bit of money. It doesn't happen overnight (nothing does), but it will happen. Hi shoeless Joe ! love the name. It always amazes me that people are still looking to 'get rich quick' they're are lots of peeps who talk about how much you can earn online but basically its one of those schemes were 'please send £1 for information pack' and the info pack is about how you've been duped into forking out £1 for hot air! I can understand people who are at home all day (for whatever reason)trying to earn on mylot because its quite possible to earn a small sums. their are others out to prey on the people who need the money the most. I've noticed pyramid style distribution chains from certain members of mylot, you know the one's who 's profile says became a member a month ago but has 20,000+ friends ! it cheeses me off that intelligent people like said member using programs/bots to sucker the desperate, needy and the greedy!Seriously if you get a friends request randomly, check it out!

I think it's because they're getting money from Mylot. This is an easy thing and they're really getting almost greedy. LOL. I'm not on this for the money, I just find it an interesting diversion. I don't think I'd want to just sit home everyday and do that kind of work. I enjoy being in the thick of a job with co-workers etc. I think working outside the home is more stimulating.

Actually, I never think I can get a big fortune from here. But it's attractive that I can studying Eng and get paid at the same time.

Uh well simply... because you can. Yes, if you're looking for a living on sites like this alone you better build yourself a pretty big down-line because you probably wont make a living off of it, but you can definitely make decent side-cash! Although I suppose the more you work at it and the bigger the down-line it could be possible. You also have to realize that sites like these aren't the only ones in existence, not to mention that nowadays people even run their businesses through the internet, it's a great way to promote a product and/or service! Anyways. Basically. You could techinchally make a living through working online if you're internet-savvy enough, or heck. If you do lots and lots of research & treat it as a real job. The reason everyone isn't doing it is because a lot of people are already too busy with a job outside of the internet, too lazy to do proper research, or heck. Convinced that about 95% of stuff that's on the internet is a scam. Or as mentioned above, people have a hard time with new things. Although the internet's been out for a while now, it's still fairly new & new things develop and with development that also means peoples lack of trust in it. That, and a lot of people are content with just working a normal job outside of the internet as they don't care as long as they're enjoying life & able to cover the bills. My personal efforts, i've estimated to be about $175-$200+ a month on a 3-4 hours a day basis for doing sites such as this, + I have about 40-50+ projects that're in the works and not only that but I wanted to open up a few businesses as well. Basically. People need to learn and understand the internet & use it to their advantage if they truely want to earn. Heck, you can even earn through blogging about your interests. The internet's great, i'm not really sure why you don't think so..! Hopefully this was a good enough answer for ya, ;D

I think i will not spend all my time online to make money because i also have my own job,but,in my spare time, i would like to choose some discussions which i like to express my opinions,at the same time, i can get some money from mylot,hehe, though it is little.It is also a joy for me.

People usually think we just have a good communion or learning from mylot,and I quite agree with what thay say,In my opinion we can learnso many custom and interest from other area ,it also a effective way to improve my poor English,One day we find that we can make little monney from this and we just as a encouragement,I enjoy mylot !it can certainly enrich my whole life!
