Do you think it's a good idea to record your earnings...

...on your blog for everyone to see how much you are making per month online and from what programs?
Why I ask this, I am thinking of doing this in an attempt to let, mostly newbies to the online money making world, know that it is possible to earn a little extra cash from being on the net and what sites pay and how much they can potentially earn and hey I bet they can earn more than I do eventually (I'm not good at getting referrals...)
Anyway, so would you do this?
Would you put your online income for each month on your blog for the whole world to see?
Why or why not?
Do you feel it would be helpful or an encouragement to do this or do you feel it'll be exposing your "personal finances" too much?
I'm very curious to find out what you all think personally about this.
Thanks!

I have had a money-maker blog like yours before and honestly, its difficult to get traffic at all. And without traffic, there is no one who will know about your blog and sign up as a referral.
Seriously, not many people care about the meagre amount one can make on those get-paid-to sites. And there are simply too many of such blogs by too many people on making money online that it gets so stale. If you want to attract people, you should think about what you can do to make your blog most unique that stands out from others.
Good luck though

Hmm... interesting. So brother, what would you do to make your site more interesting?
What would you consider in order to make your blog unique?
How do you know what is being sought after?
What are some of the tools you will employ in order to make some money off your blog?
If there are ways to do it, share leh?
I am sure no one will be encroaching on your niche if you just teach the methods you employ to create a good money making site.
For all you know, you could be making more from sharing!

Hi chunter,
You know I think I got a good bit of traffic for a new blog.
Not sure how but I am grateful for it.
I usually cash out at over $70USD each month from various sites.
Usually review stream and mylot.
I think that's a good bit of pocket change for the coming month.
I just write what I think people might be interested in knowing, etc.
I have gotten a few referrals from my blog as well, so it was well worth doing.
Have a good one!

If you want referrals then it is good to put it on your blog. They need to see whether you're telling the truth about sites to join and which ones pay - I would think.

Hi maddysmommy
Yeah I do want to help others as well as get referrals so it's a kinda two way street.
I may stick to the idea of placing my earnings on the site then.
Thank you for your opinion
