CNN News~ Suing The 3rd Party Homewrecker.

This was on CNN news several weeks ago; where some states are thinking of allowing people to sue homewreckers who break up marriages.
What do you all think about this idea??
Personally, I think it is great. I wish I could have done that to the OW who wrecked my 1st Marriage.

Oh yes of course, because the cheating spouses were totally innocent, right?
It doesn't make a bit of sense to sue the "home wrecker" when the cheating spouse was just as involved in wrecking the home. Now if they were saying the "homewrecker" could be sued as part of the divorce settlement, then I could understand a little better.

If the homewrecker KNEW about the married person and STILL carried on with the affair, yes, That is what CNN was talking about.

But what about the married person who obviously KNEW he/she was married and began an affair in the first place? Are they not responsible?
