Just wondering, what is the best college course to enroll in? I graduated BA Social Science but it does not seem to be a popular College Degree nowadays. I have a cousin who is going to college soon and he has no made up his mind yet. He says he want an "IN DEMAND" college degree but he cannot seem to decide what to take up.

BA Social Science. Sounds so UP. I took SocSci too - economics-political science majors. I am in the call center now.
If he plans to work in the BPO - English or Education major in English, Communication, Speech - are great courses. He can be a teacher here or abroad or can be a communications trainer in the BPO.
IT will always be in demand. But make sure to pick good schools that teaches foundational IT like programming so the level of adaptability is high.
Soon, as I see it, agriculture or marine courses will be of a great demand.

Where did you finish your degree. I think we came from the same University. I major in political science and psychology. I am in the call center industry as well hahaha.
Thanks for sharing.

Personally, I don't believe that there is a "best" college degree. Your degree program is factored by your passion and interest. I also trash the common notion that science courses are at par than humanities and arts courses. So for me, Engineering = Fine Arts = Physical Education = Philosophy and others. What I mean is, no particular course is much difficult than the other. Every program has its own knack for difficulty.
But putting the "In Demand" factor in looking for a degree, then you should take up Nursing (although there's a stiff competition out there) and computer-related courses
