i stay before computer more than 8 hours
how can we avoid computer radiate?
any good suggestions?

I guess you are using CRT monitor.But a CRT filter screen.It keeps out the harmful rays.And one more things,after some times,try to look at somwhere else other than the screen.If not,you might need a higher power glasses.
