Don't lose extra money - scam sites!

Before making extra money, i want to ensure not to lose extra money. For this i look to you for help. Could you please name such site/sites which, as per your knowledge, is/are scam? I would like to maintain 'Opt-out' list. Also suggest to me some site's names which are legal,ethical and really pays!

I know only yuwie.com but they are not paying well like my lot work hard and payment low,they pay $.04 per 700 page view.its too much low while we can make here a lot

look for the mlm company which is legal - approved by the govt and dsa/idsa?
whether the company gives value added products for your hard earned money?
is it having offices in worldwide and how many years in the market?
is it gives wellness products for discounted price and shows you how to make extra money?
is the start up joing cost is very low?
is the company allow you to sponsor any one in the world with single memebrship?
ia the company gives residual income?
if you find all the qualification you can join in this mlm and earn good health as well as good wealth
