Playlists How do you make them?

I use playlist.com or reverbnation which is a lot of unknown artists. I usually do mine just for the heck of it. Maybe I feel like listening to certain songs. I love music and get lost in it. So it helps me to relax and I can murder some songs along the way.

It's been ages since I actually made a playlist but I used to have one in Windows Media player years ago. It was just one long one playlist particular reason for adding the songs I just put them all together. Now I just put albums into Real Player or Winamp and listen to them individually. Though I have made a playlist with playlist.com which I used to have on my profile at various social networking sites, but the tracks you could put on them were limited by what their seach engines could find. Last FM is good if you pay the subscription (which isn't much) you get a personalised radio station based on what you listen to on your computer and ipod.

Bella, I have so much music on my computer. I gave up making play lists years ago. When ever I am in the mood to listen to at the time I just stack up about 40 songs and play them. I us windows media for music, and VLC for video files. I have a fantastic visualizer that is totally out of this world, G-force. WMP gives me the best optical with it.

Well I only have one that I use when sitting with the laptop on mylot! I just use my windows media player and a eclectic collection of music I enjoy! lol xxxx

For me, its all about my mood. If i dont think any of the playlists i have match my mood, i make a new one. Then every so often i delete some and so it begins again. Usually its a case of me finding an old song and loading up a playlist of similar songs either by year of release, memories or just by genre

Well Bella, I am a member of imeem.com and that's where I find most of the music I upload here in my profile. My play list is like that, some for reminiscing good old music, love songs, rock, our local music and those that goes anything under the sun. The music I usually upload are a different version from those originals, some live and other's are acoustic..

w-w-w-winamp! it really whips the llama`s a55! my playlists vary... i dont have actual seperate playlists categorized really.. altho i guess they could be considered such. i have folders of different stuff.. but i dont play them in specific same order which technically a playlist does, same as a printed CD.. ive got a folder for me n mal.. it contains every track of "our" songs, and there are a TON. ive got dancey fun type chit.. club-ish music if you will. ive got meditational / battle traX.. stuff that gives me focus, balances me out.. etc, then thees a folder of hodgepodge mixmatched gotta sift through to find what i want.. labeled "various"
