How many teams today practice penalties?

How many teams do you think practice penalties in their training session?
Even though Chelsea looked like the better team on the night on many occasions...Manchester still walked away with the champions league trophy.
Do you think penalties should be an important part of the training session as well?

i think that all preactice in some amount, someone small someone big amount of traing, but beside that the penalties are always a russian roulet and you cannot know who will win it
as a chelsea fan i know that until now, chelsea how the decision of 3 times in penalties and they didnt win them, maybe a bad luck or maybe they really doesnt train them a lot as their oppositions does
