how to make time for you loveones?

I work nightshift so it is more challenging for me to find time for them since I sleep in the morning while they're up and I work at night when they're about to sleep. I try to keep in touch with them through call or sending sms messages every afternoon. I spend most of my time with them during weekends. Spending quality time is important in nurturing a relationship. So far, so good.
