how do you take care of yourself?

how do you take care of your self? Me a lot. Eat vegies and fruits everyday and i dont want to make my haunger pass..

I feel so stupid enough coz I don't take care of myself...lol...What I mean is I just can't discipline myself but anyway at this point in time I'm really trying to discipline myself and take good care of it.
