I am looking at trying to make some money online, and I have some questions about email processing online. I am thinking of joining webworkfromhome. They are asking for a one-time $11 to begin which is a minimal fee, but I want to know if anyone is already doing this and how exactly does it work.

Hi Beretta9 and welcome to mylot.
Now listen up. Don't do that!
What they mean by email processing is usually that you send emails to people offering them the same kind of job. It is a scam. And there is no guarantee you will get a fixed monthly income. It's really a shame that people fall for this.
Personally I don't feel I should have to pay anybody to get offered a job. There are better ways to spend $11 and what you mentioned is certainly not one of them. Do some more research. Join job boards that specialise in what you want. Do some work at finding the openings on the internet yourself and you'll not only have saved yourself some buck you'll also have so much more fun while you're doing it!
You might want to try something along the lines of http://odesk.com which I believe is free.
Good luck!
