What does the word success mean to you personally. I know that people have different views and opinions about different things. Please share . . .

To me, to be a success is to have achieved what I set out to do, whether it's personal or professional or business related. I'm not always successful but I believe that the trying is more important anyway because that's when you learn and grow.
