Paid ad placing CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?

I have come across some websites that pay you for the ads placed my the members on websites. They claim to generate high incomes through this method. All you have to do is place some ads on different websites.
I am not convinced by the IDEA. I dont know how these sites will generate revenue to pay us. Further more they demand money for joining. I think these might be scams.
Can any of Mylotians tell me about these companies. Wether they really pay for. Has any of you earned anything. If yes. Do you know any sites which are free to join.
Please help me.

You just need to remember that you shouldnt pay a dime to a site that promises you riches overnight.Its always suggestable to join free to join sites...And keep working oin them till you get some idea of the site.And once you are sure the site pays you,you can consider upgrading to a paid member.
