I wish to quit smoke

I used to advice people I found on my way to quuit smoke. But, unfortunatly I'm unable to quit. If you have any better idea or experience about quit smoking. Help me. I'm smoking for the past twenty years and two to five a day. I start from once a week which I got free. I know all the effects of smoking.

Everybody knows that smoking is bad. I quit the habit three times. After the first 2 attempts to stop, I came back with a vengeance. When I last quit, I was smoking about 3 packs a day. This time I stayed off the dirty habit for more than 5 years. I don't smoke anymore. If you ask me, there is only one way to stop - cold turkey!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also tried a few times quiting. But, it end up like the one happen to you in earlier attempts. But, I'm not as much as you had. I used to smoke three to five a day. I forget about it when I'm in home. There is another story I offered to see later. A fellow saw his friend after a year wearing a gold bracelet engraved a famous cigerette brand. He asked about it and the reply is, "I quit smoke and put the money in a pig box. It got filled before a week. This gold bracelet is the one puchased from the money."

Ditto. I also had a hard time smoking. Well, I'm with you. I know the effects as well but we still continue. I was able to quit but I had to since I had 2 minor strokes already. I don't want that to happen to anyone. Just think about things you can do in the future and things you may not be able to do anymore because of smoking. Sometimes, smoking eases tension, stress but actually it adds more. To the body. I just motivated myself since life is short and I don't want to make it any shorter. :)
