Ok just tell me how you will start a friendship if you want someone to be your friend and if you are a male and proposing a girl for friendship. What is the first thing you do .

Just be yourself! Depending on the situation, just walk up and say HI and start the conversation. But most of all, listen to what your potential new friend is saying.
