I will give Fedora 8/10 , since it has got very good documentation and very big user base to get any query solved.

I will give Fedora9 about 7/10.I use Slackware.It's much more reliable I feel.

I hope it beats better than windows vista,with high end graphical interfaces and high flexibility and with attarctive interfaces makes much userfriendly than any other OS.I vote highly for fedora 9 and glad news is available for free of cost..

well, I will give fedora 6/10. I am an ubuntu user and I feel fedora is not user-friendly in comparision to ubuntu. Espacially for new users fedora is just too difficult.
