I have read many self help books and I really find them a big boon. They are very effective. One has to be quite patient read it slowly so that it really registers in you.You cannot just read it like you do a racy novel.Try it you will find that it can boost your morale. It can change things and make you achieve what many would regard as impossible.

I read one or 2 in my 20's. No I don't like reading them. They were not very helpful. I suppose the books are helpful for some. For me it would just be putting money in the authors' pocket.
